Jordan Kurland on theFIVE10 Podcast!

When Jordan Kurland first got into band management, he wasn’t sure it was something he wanted to do. He had spent time in college getting to know musicians and soon it all became his passion.

Throughout the years Jordan would find success in helping bands, but it wasn’t until he met Kevin Arnold that he was really able to give up-and-coming bands direct help through the creation of Noisepop. Now in its 27th year, Noisepop has been the launching point for many bands looking to break through the crowded music scene in the San Francisco Bay Area.

JC got a chance to talk to Jordan about the creation of Noicepop, what it’s like managing bigger bands like Death Cab for Cutie, and the role Treasure Island Music Festival played as the festival scene really began ramping up throughout the country. All of this and much more on this week’s episode of theFIVE10 Podcast!
