The Dear Hunter, fresh off of a full US headline tour, have announced their next venture – the band’s first ever UK/European run.
The 17-date, co-headline tour with Equal Vision Records alumni artist Anthony Green (of Circa Survive), will kick off in Bristol, UK on 24 February and wrap up in Vienna, Austria on 16 March.
On The Dear Hunter’s most recent tour in the States, the full, six-piece band was further accompanied by a string quartet, creating a truly stunning and unique musical experience for fans.
The Dear Hunter is touring in support of their new album, Migrant, which is now available worldwide through Cave & Canary Goods – Crescenzo’s imprint label within Equal Vision Records.
While the upcoming run with Anthony Green will be the The Dear Hunter’s first time performing in the UK/Europe, frontman Casey Crescenzo will be spending an extended amount of time in Europe leading up to the long overdue trip.
This November, Crescenzo will travel to Brno, Czech Republic to record his debut symphony with the Brno Philharmonic Orchestra. The ambitious endeavor is being made possible through a recent crowdfunding project that was completely fulfilled in less than three weeks, by more than 1,200 supporters around the world.
The band’s new music video for “Shouting at the Rain” and a special live studio performance for Audiotree, featuring the band and string quartet, can be found at TheDearHunter.com.
All upcoming tour dates for The Dear Hunter can be found below. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, 27 September and are priced at £12 – £14.
