Prog-metal outfit TOOL dropped a brand new track, “Fear Inoculum” — the band’s first new song in 13 years. The ten and a half-minute titular track comes as a big see-it-to-believe-it moment for fans that have been (not so) patiently waiting on new material from the group since 2006’s 10,000 Days.

Sprawling, changing, building… “Fear Inoculum” carries the distinct qualities of Maynard James Keenan, Adam Jones, Danny Carey, and Justin Chancellor, and is a hint of what’s to come on their long-awaited album of the same name (to be released on August 30th).
