HUM, the Chicago-based 90’s alternative/shoegaze/space rock outfit, has recently announced a rare public showing in the form of a small East Coast Tour (with the recently reunited Failure) and a small West Coast Tour (with the also-recently reunited Mineral) this Fall.
Hum had experienced mild fame in the early/mid 1990’s with the song “Stars”, and has since maintained a large cult following of supporters. The band released four studio albums during their run, the last being 1998’s Downward is Heavenward.
