The Dandy Warhols have been around for 18 years. As a way to celebrate that fact and the release of their 8th studio album,This Machine, the band has announced a spring US tour that will start in San Francisco’s famed Fillmore. The tour will go through much of the country before ending in Seattle at the Showbox.
The band put this album together with famed Producer Jeremy Sherrer who has done many other Warhol albums. It was mixed by Tchad Blake (The Black Keys, Blitzen Trapper, and Pearl Jam) who helped shape the sound of the record which Taylor-Taylor calls “stripped down, woody, and extremely guitar centric.”
This Machine will be released on April 24th on The End Records and will also be available on iTunes.
