The 2011 lineup for Coachella has been announced and to no one’s surprise it includes bands like The Strokes, Kings of Leon, The Black Keys, Arcade Fire, and Duran Duran. Every year there is wide speculation about who will play the desert Festival, but thanks to last year’s Volcano which cancelled a lot of flights into the States, this year’s lineup wasn’t much of a surprise. Also, Coachella has been the Festival for today’s up-and-coming bands so it’s been increasingly difficult for organizers to throw any surprises into the mix.
